Zach Nunn Puts PHARMA over Iowa
Nunn and DC Backers Oppose $35 insulin and $2,000 out of pocket cap for Seniors on Medicare
WEST DES MOINES – Last week the House GOP shared what they’ll do if they take over Washington, and the new plan shows once again Zach Nunn is too extreme for the GOP.
While the Republican’s Commitment to America plan promises the GOP will help Americans achieve longer, healthier lives, Zach Nunn has been repeatedly and openly mocking the Inflation Reduction Act, a bill that lowers prescription drugs and makes health care more affordable.
Nunn called the legislation, which caps Insulin prices at $35 per month, “unbridled government spending,” and has been spreading falsehoods about what the bill will do for Iowans.
“Zach Nunn has made it clear that he doesn’t care about lowering prescription drug or health care costs for Iowans. His number one priority in this race has always been to help himself, not hard-working Iowans,” said Paige Godden, spokesperson for Cindy Axne for Congress.
